Descriptif du poste

The role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Product team at Elements and contribute to the success of our products. Managing specific products is only part of the job, we are looking for a team player that will work closely with all departments at Elements, from the Product team to Marketing, Engineering, and Support.

Key responsibilities

As a member of the Product Management team, you role will be to help define and align the global strategy of the products within your scope.

You will contribute in building your products' roadmaps, taking into account the trends and needs you will gather through strong customer relationships and a deep knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem.

As a key member of your Scrum team, your day-to-day missions will be to:

  • Define your product backlog, keeping it priorized

  • Refine your stories so they can be tackled by developers

  • Create prototypes and UX mockups in collaboration with our Product Designer

  • Ensure your product quality through careful test plans and acceptance criteria

  • Keep your product documentation up-to-date

As the person responsible for the customer satisfaction of your product, you will:

  • Need to understand our customers' pain points and how our apps can help

  • Conduct customer interviews and user tests

  • Gather user feedbacks through the Atlassian community, support tickets and user interviews

  • Define and measure your product analytics

  • Help support team with complex questions

  • Prioritize change request/ bug backlogs

As your role also demands a marketing dimension, you will:

  • Work with Product Marketing Managers and Demand Generation teams on various projects

  • Regularly attend live marketing events

  • Provide demos of our products

  • Keep an eye on our competitors and share your learnings with the team

Profil recherché

What you need to be successful

We are looking for a Product Manager with a solid background that includes at least 3 years of experience in a software product company or a similar environment. You are comfortable working at the intersection of customer needs, business objectives, engineering teams and product delivery.

A technical background is a strong plus and will help you collaborate effectively with engineering teams and navigate technical discussions with confidence.

Communication

  • You have great oral and written communication skills.

  • You are fluent in English.

  • You love collaborating, remotely or in person.

Technical

  • You are familiar with Product Design principles and tools such as Figma.

  • You know how to query databases and REST APIs.

  • You are familiar with AI-powered product tools and workflows.

  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence would be a plus.

Process de recrutement

  • Step 1 - Motivation and personality interview with our Talent Experience Manager. We will talk about your experience and your expectations.

  • Step 2 - Interview with our Head of Product, you will talk about the job and its challenges.

  • Step 3 - Technical interview based on a short assessment with our Head of Product and a Product Manager.

  • Step 4 - Overall interview with our Co-CEO. This is the final step in confirming your arrival at Elements !
